EKSNEKS operates remote-first under EDGENOVA LLC, a registered Limited Liability Company. Our team works across European and North African time zones, with business hours of 09:00–18:00 UTC, Monday to Friday.
Do you work internationally?
Yes — we serve clients worldwide and work in English and French. Contracts, invoices and communication are handled in your preferred language of the two.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We routinely sign non-disclosure agreements before discussing proprietary systems, data or business plans.
How do projects begin?
With a free discovery call, followed by a written technical proposal with a fixed quote and milestone schedule. Work starts once the agreement is signed.
Who owns the source code?
You do. Full ownership of code, documentation and credentials transfers to you on final payment, as stated in every agreement.
Do you provide maintenance?
Yes — monthly maintenance agreements cover updates, security patches, monitoring, backups and a response-time commitment.
Can you work with existing teams?
Yes. We regularly embed with in-house developers and other agencies, working in your repositories, CI pipelines and communication tools.
How are payments handled?
