• Time to First Byte (TTFB) under 250ms from most European ISPs. Cached pages typically serve TTFB under 80ms from our edge cache.
• Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) under 2.0 seconds on real 4G devices — “Good” per Google’s Core Web Vitals thresholds.
• Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) near zero when your theme reserves image and font space correctly. We help you audit this on request.
• First Input Delay (FID) / Interaction to Next Paint (INP) under 200ms.

These aren’t marketing numbers. Every site we host is polled every 5 minutes for both uptime and Core Web Vitals by our internal Prometheus stack. Migration is free, and we do the work

Every EKS-WP Speed subscription includes a free one-site migration handled by our engineers. The process:

1. You send us your current host credentials (SFTP + database, or a full backup archive — whichever is easier).
2. Our engineer clones your site to a staging URL on our stack — usually within one business day.
3. You review the staging URL. Everything: front-end, admin, WooCommerce test transactions if any, custom plugins, WPForms integrations, Google Site Kit connections.
4. You sign off. We update your DNS or you update yours, whichever fits your workflow.
5. Zero downtime: the previous host stays live until DNS propagates and traffic drains to us.

Support that answers the technical question

EKS-WP Speed includes email support with a business-hours response SLA (roughly 4-hour first response during CET business hours). The important part is who’s on the other end: EKSNEKS support is our engineering team, not a call centre. If you email us that a memory limit is being hit, you get a reply that reads the PHP-FPM error log, identifies the plugin allocation pattern, and either fixes the config or explains what plugin to replace.

Common questions

Can I move to a bigger plan later? Yes. Upgrading to EKS-WP Authority or EKS-WP Dominator is a same-day operation done in place — no site downtime, no DNS change. We prorate the current subscription against the new plan.

Do you support WooCommerce on Speed? Small stores yes (under 100 products, moderate traffic). Above that, WooCommerce needs more RAM and a WooCommerce-tuned cache config — that’s what Dominator is for.

What about staging environments? Speed doesn’t include a native staging URL — that’s an Authority-tier feature. On Speed we help you set up a manual staging clone if needed.

Do you handle DNS? Yes, if you want. We can host your DNS on our infra (with DNSSEC), or you can keep it at Cloudflare / Route 53 / your current registrar and we’ll give you the records to set.
